Bed Bug CONTROL
What Are Bed Bugs
Bed bugs get their name from their habit of feeding on humans while they sleep in their beds. They are found in virtually every place people tend to gather, including residences, Airbnb, hotels, schools, offices, retail stores and even public transportation. In fact, the increase in infestation here in the US is likely due to an increase in international travel and airbnb. They hide in our clothes, and can jump/fall off when visiting friends. Bed bugs like to travel and are great hitchhikers. They will hide in suitcases, boxes and shoes to be near a food supply, and because they are elusive, nocturnal creatures – one of two that feed on human flesh. This makes them a primary target for pest control. Bedbugs are hard to see or find. Red rashes, swollen hives, brown/red blood stains in sheets, or black residue/feces along mattress seams are dead giveaways.
